This is a sympathy card I did for a swap on SCS. I used SU cardstock vellum and ran it through the "bug (cuttlebug) to get the pretty background. Then I colored 3 colors on the flowers with markers, light in the middle, then medium and then darkest around the edge. Used the ticket corner punch, added brads and a sentiment. I liked the color combo and the touch of black. I hope this inspires you all to break out the markers and the stamps and try some mulit-colors for a really pretty look that will have people saying "how did she do that?"

It is always hard to know how dramatic to make a sympathy card, and this one is subtle, yet very pretty.
