He Will Be Here Sooner Than You Think!!!

This stamp cracked me up when I saw it! I think I was the only kid that was TERRIFIED of the Jolly Fat Man... and would NOT go near him at all!!! Forget bribing me with presents, candy or any of that. I still get a little freaked at the mall...so, I can totally relate to this stamp! I stamped the Santa hat in the background and colored the top of it in with a red copic marker. Then I stamped the saying and mounted it on green... and added the poinsettias. Quick, simple and FLAT to mail! Check out the NEW RELEASE of DRS Stamps here and thanks for popping in!!!

A Little Treatie For My Sweetie

This weeks Challenge is to make a Lunchbox treat for back to school. I made this cute little milk carton with the School Tots set from Woodware.I colored the crayons with copics and cut them all out and adhered them to the base of my milk carton. For the closure, I used a little clip and I used poly shrink plastic to make the 3 little apple charms also from the School Tots set. Now, to make sure my darling had the right lunch box, I made her this little tag to go on it. She will be starting Kindergarten in a French Immersion program, so I used the colors in the French Flag... red, white and blue... How Perfect! I die cut her name and it is ready to tie on her lunch bag! Please join us in the challenge and make a treatie for your school sweetie... and share it with us! we would LOVE to see it! Thanks for stopping in...

Sunday Scrolls Work Stamps Show Off!

Haa Haa! I love the look on the little ANGEL'S face and I thought the phrase was perfect for her!!!This is a Scrolls Work Photo stamp and they are amazing! The stamp looks like nothing... and then you ink it and stamp it and viola... it looks like a black and white photo. It is like magic every time I stamp with them!
This is another example of the Photo Stamps. Ya Know... sometimes ... you NEED a BITE ME card! I stamped this guy in what else... CHOCOLATE and then I used the scallop punch for the ... well... BITE!
I really thought his face needed a googly eye and the ribbon and brad are chocolate as well...FUN!!
I made this card by watercoloring the background first. Then I stamped the girl and her "baby" onto another piece of paper and colored them in and cut them out and added them to the scene. I loved the way the ribbon went with the sky and added some sparkle. I used a wax dot that I heated up with my heat tool and stamped a shell stamp, also from Scrolls Work onto it and let it cool. When I removed it, the image was in the wax... Cool, no? My daughter thought it was peanut butter!!! (LOL)
Stay tuned because I just got a TON of new Scrolls Work stamps and Will be creating some fun Christmas ans Halloween designs with them ! Thanks for stoppin in!

Super Fun Treat from ARTful Inkables...

I made this fun little treat using spot on summer. I did not have a yellow button... so I colored it with copics. Then, for the top flower, I used like 5 flat primas and glad them ans stacked them all together and I got the nice, full puffy one! How fun is that? I use WASHI tape for the edge around the lid and here is my treat! I was really impressed because it took me like 15 minutes to make... it took Dear Hubby longer to go to the store and get the M & M's! Thanks for popping in and dont forget to play along with this weeks think Ink Challenge featured below!

Because Ya HAFTA Make 'em... It Helps When The Image is Gorgeous

That's right. I am talking about sympathy cards. I know that it is hard to make them when ya HAFTA...so I like to make them ahead... and then I have them ready and I can get the card to the family right away. Anyway, this gorgeous image is from DRS DESIGNS and I love the softness of this image. The script in the sentiment is beautiful as well. I colored this card with soft colors and tried to keep the embellishing to a minimum and I am pretty happy with the result. DRS DESIGNS have so many beautiful sympathy images and sentiments... you can check them out here. Thanks for stopping by...

Bathing in a Tea Cup??? Sure... If You are a Fairy...

I made this card using a stamp from Sweet Pea stamps. I LOVE this image and my Hubby bought me a bunch of these for my birthday... in April... and I just got it inky!!! Haa haa... these 2 little babies keep me busy... that's for sure! Anyway..

I  colored her with copic markers and I used the new SU paper blueberry cobbler... and I LOVE the way this turned out! I think the cup looks antique,so I had to add some lace...colored with a copic marker to match.  I bought some new paper flowers from... get this... TAILAND and they are just gorgeous!!! I busted out all of my goodies to make this little fairy really standout. I used the viva decor "pearls" to make her soap bubbles... they are FUN to work with too! Well... thanks for popping in ...
