A lot of cutting and embossing!

I sponged the light color in the middle and just kept adding color with the sponge untill i finally got the depth I wanted. Then I went around the edge of the inked panel with black ink on the sponge and then i did DTP stamping with the ink pad itself...I thought it looked pretty cool...
I stamped and embossed the flowers and leaves with gold, colored with copics and cut 'em out. I arranged them around the card, added the embossed swirls and the sentiment. i adhered the flowers with pop dots and put the leaves right on the inked panel. I layered it and here is my creation!
It was really fun to make and I love that my hands got dirty doing this!
