SISC31~Live Free Die-Cut!

Die Cut? Did someone say Die cut? Oh how I love my die cuts and my die cutting and anything to do with cranking the glorious handle on my die cut machine and having awesome images come out of the other side! Magic, I say and PURE BLISS!!!
This is the current challenge over at Stamp Insanity Stamp Company!Live Free and DIE CUT! Make a card with die cut shapes and or die cut some shapes of you own and show it off! LOVE IT!!!
I used this darling digi, Katie, to make my card.
The hearts and flowers all around her are die cut and then of course, I added some bling... this sassy gal needed some bling for sho! Please be sure to check out this digi set and know that the proceeds go to help breast cancer awareness!
AND... here is another asylum...

Danvers State Insane Asylum
In 1878 the State Lunatic Hospital at Danvers was erected, under the supervision of prominent Boston architect Nathaniel J Bradlee, in an extremely rural, out-of-the-way location. While the hospital was originally established to provide residential treatment and care to the mentally ill, its functions expanded to include a training program for nurses in 1889 and a pathological research laboratory in 1895. By the 1920's the hospital was operating school clinics to help determine mental deficiency in children. During the 1960's as a result of increased emphasis on alternative methods of treatment and deinstitutionalization and community based mental health care, the inpatient population started to decrease. Danvers State Hospital closed on June 24, 1992 due to budget cuts within the mental health system.

thanks for popping in...stay sane!!!
