I made this card for an entry in the Wacky Wednesday Challenge over at Rubber Necker Stamps Blog. It was to do something with a background. I tried to use tempra paint and soapy water bubble background. Lets just say it SORTA worked!(LOL) I colored my Babies in the Tub by Stamp Oasis with copic markers and SHIMMERZ on the bubbles. I also put SHIMMERZ on the blue puncehd bubbles in the background. I also added some DEW DROPS becausethey really added to my bubbly look! I cut the bubble paper with the top note die from SU and then layered the card on some fun papers that I sponged around the edges!
