Yeah, yeah... I live in the south and the weather is great and all... but there are NO FLOWERS!... I mean SPRING flowers. i got my Whiff of Joy spring kit the other day and I could not wait to ink these babies up! I colored the stump with gamsol and the grass and the little girl I colored with copic markers (of course!) I used my cloud template for the sky. I got out the embossing folders for texture and the flourish punch for some dimension. I HAD to add the spring flowers and there is SHIMMERZ on her dress ruffle and the flower garland in her hair. The sentiment is a rub on. I love the lace border on the bottom of the pink and purple panel... it is done with the MS punch. I added some really pretty twill tape in the background and here is my card. I tend to get a lot going on in my cards... but I could not resist... it makes the card so much fun to look at.Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day! Thursday, February 19, 2009
