I made this Moravian star and then stamped the star (from DRS) colored it with copics,punched it out and added it to the star with some string. I of course had to use glitter (what is an ornament without glitter) and here it is. You can find the super easy directions to make these stars here.
My husband and I were in Gatlinburg about 7 years ago and we went into this charming little store and there was this super nice gentleman who spent like AN HOUR teaching me how to make these things! He was so patient! He said that he and his mother used to make these for Christmas. Well, I never forgot him or the ornament... so I thought I would share it with you all. I hope that you will try to make some of these... it is not hard even thought it may look that way... Try it...You can wow your friends with how cool you are!(LOL) if you want to play along with the challenge... please do so and link your ornament to our blog! We would love to see your work!
